TIMOTHY McVEIGH'S EXECUTION DELAYED -- The U.S. Government has delayed the execution of Timothy McVeigh who was convicted of the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing that killed 168 people. The delay comes after the FBI admitted that it failed to provide thousands of documents to defense lawyers. In light of this admission, McVeigh's co-conspirator, Terry Nichols, has requested the U.S. Supreme Court to reconsider his prior appeal of his conviction and life-in-prison sentence. Get all the late-breaking developments from us.

SUPREME COURT: "STAY OFF THE GRASS" -- The U.S. Supreme Court has handed
down a 8-0 decision declaring that marijuana for medical use is illegal. The
decision is a major disappointment to many AIDS, cancer and multiple
sclerosis patients who say that the drug has greatly helped them in
combatting various effects of their diseases.

BUSH AIMS AT GUN VIOLENCE -- President Bush has unveiled a new plan to combat
gun violence, called "Project Safe Neighborhoods." Stating that "American

about this endeavor -- is it enough for them?

"DON'T DO THE CRIME IF YOU CAN'T DO THE TIME" -- is a phrase from the title
song from "Baretta", the hit 70's T.V. show starring actor Robert Blake. Did
Robert Blake fail to heed these words and actually kill his wife? Did O.J.
do it? A Walther PPK pistol was found in a dumpster near the crime scene,
which police believe may be the murder weapon. Maybe the killer was James
Bond.

GOOD THING ROBERT BLAKE ISN'T A POLYGAMIST -- The first high-profile
bigamy/polygamy case in Utah in 50 years is set to go to trial. Tom Green,
who has 5 wives and 29 children, is facing charges of bigamy and criminal
nonsupport. He could get 25 years in prison if convicted on all counts.
Hasn't he been punished enough already?

haircut to announce the first-ever heavyweight title fights in China, to be

crowns last month from Lennox Lewis in Johannesburg, South Africa) and Brian
Nielsen of Denmark. We have full coverage of the press conference, plus

racing's Triple Crown, The Preakness, will take place this Saturday, May
19th, at Pimlico Race Track in Baltimore, Maryland. Can the favorite
